大庆油田埋地管道完整性管理的应用

Application of Integrity Management for Buried Pipelines in Daqing Oilfield

通过分析大庆油田埋地管道的建设现状和内外防腐措施,明确了在役埋地钢制管道腐蚀的主要因素。根据大庆油田埋地管道完整性管理取得的成果,以及在管道检测与预防性修复工程实施过程中取得的认识,得出如下结论:确保管道外防腐层的完整性和阴极保护系统的达标运行是油田完整性管理的重点;对于单井管道、无阴极保护或牺牲阳极保护的站间管道的外腐蚀检测采用皮尔逊法;对于有阴极保护的站间管道宜采用直流电位梯度法;管道检测与修复是控制管道腐蚀穿孔的重要技术措施。建议进一步完善检测维修管理制度,形成定期检测、专业维修的管理流程。

Through analyzing the present situation of construction and internal and external anticorrosion measures of buried pipelines in Daqing Oilfield, the main corrosion factors of buried steel pipelines in service are clarified. Based on the achievements of integrity management of buried pipelines in Daqing Oilfield and the knowledge gained in the implementation of pipeline inspection and preventive repair projects, the following conclusions are drawn. Ensuring the integrity of pipeline external anticorrosive coating and the standard operation of cathodic protection system are the key points of oilfield integrity management. For external corrosion inspection of single well pipelines, stations without cathodic protection or sacrificial anode protection and above pipelines, Pearson method is adopted. DC potential gradient method is suitable for pipelines with cathodic protection stations or above. Pipeline detection and repair are important technical measures to control pipeline corrosion and perforation. It is suggested that the management system of inspection and maintenance needs to be further improved, so as to form the management process of regular inspection and professional maintenance.
