摘要 随着学前教育事业的不断发展,幼教市场对应用型、实践型师资的需求愈加迫切。应用型本科院校学前教育专业的人才培养应突出就业导向,满足行业需求,提高学生就业能力。专业课程的改革应以重构与就业需求相契合的课程目标和内容为核心,采用模拟训练法、项目教学法、任务驱动法以提高学生的就业能力;通过优化评价主体、评价标准、评价手段以检验学生的就业能力。本研究旨在深化课程改革,大力提升人才培养质量,以促进毕业生高质量就业,进而满足社会对高质量学前教育专业人才的需求。 With the continuous development of preschool education,the demand for practical teachers in preschool education market is becoming more and more urgent.The talent training of preschool education major in application-oriented should emphasize employment orientation,meet the needs of the employment market and improve students'employability.The reform of professional courses should be centered on the reconstruction of the course objectives and contents,and adopt the task-driven method,project teaching method,task driven method to improve students'employability,and test students'employability by optimizing the evaluation subjects,evaluation standard and evaluation method.The purpose of this study is to deepen the curriculum reform and improve the quality of personnel training,aiming to promote high-quality employment of graduates and meet the social demand of high-quality preschool education professionals.
