18F-FDG PET/CT对食管癌放疗指导中的价值临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18FFDG)正电子发射计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)对食管癌放疗靶区勾画的指导的应用价值。方法收集2017年5月-2018年5月我院收治的食管癌患者19例,均行CT及18F-FDGPET/CT检查,比较两种影像学方法指导靶区勾画的靶区体积及OAR受量。结果PET/CT勾画的GTV、CTV分别为(18.24±5.13)cm^3、(186.36±27.21)cm^3,均明显小于CT勾画的靶区体积[(21.82±6.46)cm^3、(201.58±32.69)cm^3],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PET/CT指导勾画靶区下肺、心脏、脊髓、气管等受量均明显低于CT勾画靶区(P<0.05)。结论18F-FDGPET/CT结合解剖结构与能量代谢信息,有助于指导精确靶区勾画。 Objective To investigate the application value of 18F-deoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET/CT) in guiding the target volume delineation of radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods Nineteen patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.All of them underwent CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT examinations.The target volume and OAR dose delineated under the guidance of the two imaging methods were compared.Results The GTV and CTV delineated by PET/CT [(18.24±5.13) cm^3 and (186.36±27.21) cm^3] were significantly smaller than those delineated by CT [(21.82±6.46) cm^3 and (201.58±32.69) cm^3](P<0.05).The doses received by the lung,heart,spinal cord and trachea in target area delineated by PET/CT were significantly lower than those by CT (P<0.05).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with anatomical structure and energy metabolism information can help guide precise delineation of target area.
