基于专利信息的区域战略性新兴产业发展潜力研究——以苏州智能装备制造产业为例

A Study on the Development Potential of Regional Strategic Emerging Industries Based on Patent Information——Taking Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industry of Suzhou as an Example

本文以苏州智能装备制造产业为例,开展产业发展潜力评估研究,旨在为我国区域战略性新兴产业发展提供参考性建议.利用实证分析方法,通过广东省知识产权公共信息综合服务平台的专利检索系统检出2008—2017年苏州智能装备制造产业发明专利和实用新型专利数据,并通过产业专利申请数、产业专利相对产出指数、产业专利成长率等指标,论述苏州智能装备制造产业的发展潜力.针对智能装备制造产业的专利数据进行总体趋势和技术生命周期、产业技术分类、专利申请人结构、专利发明人结构等分析.研究结果显示,目前苏州地区智能装备制造产业正处于技术成长期,企业在技术研发中占据主导地位.研究成果能够帮助机构了解整体行业现状、明晰竞争对手技术优势,有助于机构进一步技术创新.

Taking intelligent equipment manufacturing industry of Suzhou for example, this paper conducts a research of evaluation of industries development potential on patent information in order to make some recommendations for the development of regional strategic emerging industries. The paper uses empirical analysis method to detect invention and utility model patents of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry of Suzhou in 2008 to 2017 through patent retrieval system of Guangdong intellectual property public information integrated service platform. And the paper expounds the development potential of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry through the index analysis of the industrial patent applications, activity index and patent growth rate. The paper analyzes general trend and technology life cycle, industrial technology classification, patent applicant structure, patent inventor structure on patent data of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry. The research results indicate that intelligent equipment manufacturing industry in Suzhou is in the period of technology growth at present and the enterprises are in the leading position in technology research and development. The research results can help institution understand the overall status of the industry, clear the competitor’s technical advantage and promote institution technological innovation.
