Building Research of Rocket Launching’ Comprehensive Practice Platform

首先阐述建设火箭发射综合演练平台的意义,然后从建设的目标原则、建设方案两个方面详细论述如何建设“全专业、全流程、全岗位”的适应航天任务的火箭发射综合演练平台,最后对建设后的效益进行分析,以期实现培养高技能新型士官人才的最终目标。

In this paper,the signifi cations of the building of rocket launching’comprehensive practice platform are shown firstly.Then two important aspects,ie.,object principle and construction scheme,are discussed on how to construct a rocket launching’comprehensive practice center with whole specialities,whole flow,and whole posts particularly,which include the adaptation to space mission.Finally,in order to realize the training goal of the new type of high-skilled offi cers,the benefi ts of the building are analyzed concisely.
