The Influence of Internet Embedding on the Entrepreneurial Competency of Returning Entrepreneurs——The mediating role of internet learning

互联网是返乡创业者重要的学习渠道,通过网络学习有利于返乡创业者获取创业所需相关信息、知识、资源,进而提升创业能力.引入互联网嵌入概念,将互联网创业学习解析为交流学习、资源获取学习两个维度,通过对273位返乡创业者的问卷调查,应用结构方程法验证了理论假设.实证结果表明:互联网嵌入的联系度、匹配度对返乡创业者创业能力有正向影响,牺牲感对返乡创业者创业能力有负向影响,网络学习在互联网嵌入与返乡创业者创业能力间起到中介作用.

Internet is an important learning channel for returning hometown entrepreneurs.Learning through the internet is conducive to entrepreneurs to obtain the relevant information,knowledge and resources needed for entrepreneurship to enhance their entrepreneurial competence.The internet embedded construction was introduced,and the internet entrepreneurship learning was analyzed into two dimensions:resource acquisition learning and exchange learning.Through the questionnaire survey of 273 returning hometown entrepreneurs,the structural hypothesis was verified by the structural equation method.The empirical results show that the degree of connection and matching of internet embedding has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial competence of returning hometown entrepreneurs.The sacrificial sentiment of internet embedding has a negative impact on entrepreneurial ability of returning entrepreneurs.Online learning plays a mediating role between internet embedding and the entrepreneurial competence.
