法向荷载作用下椭圆孔不等边裂纹的应力强度因子

Stress Intensity Factor of Unequal Cracks Emanating From an Elliptical Hole Under Normal Load

摘要 采用复变函数方法,研究了在法向均布荷载作用下,含两个不等边裂纹椭圆孔的无限大板平面问题,得到了裂纹尖端的应力强度因子的解析解.并通过有限元软件计算了应力强度因子的数值解,与解析解进行对比,吻合较好.另外,研究了随着裂纹和椭圆孔尺寸变化时应力强度因子的变化规律.可以看出应力强度因子随椭圆孔的长短半轴之比和裂纹长度的增大而增大. By means of the complex variable function method,the plane problem of an infinite plate with an elliptical hole with two unequal cracks under normal load is studied,and the analytical solution of the stress intensity factor at the crack tip is obtained.The numerical solutions from the finite element simulation agree well with the analytic solutions.In addition,the variation of the stress intensity factor with the change of crack and elliptical hole size was studied.It can be seen that the stress intensity factor increases as the ratio of the long and short half axes of the elliptical hole and the length of crack increase.
