磁共振成像在宫颈癌治疗疗效评价中的应用现状及展望

Present situations and prospects of magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of treatment response of cervical cancer

宫颈癌是女性生殖系统的常见肿瘤之一,放化疗是局部晚期宫颈癌(locally advanced cervical cancer,LACC)的标准治疗方法.目前,MRI已成为评价宫颈癌临床疗效最常用的检查.MRI不仅能为临床提供解剖学信息,而且能利用功能成像技术提供更有价值的参数,可早期评估放化疗疗效,为临床制订最佳治疗方案提供依据.笔者就MRI新技术在宫颈癌治疗疗效评价中的应用作一综述.

Cervical cancer is a common tumor in the female reproductive system. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy is considered as a standard treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC). At present, MRI have become the most commonly used examination for evaluating the treatment response of cervical cancer. MRI, not only provides anatomical information for the clinic, but also provides more valuable parameters by using functional imaging. It can evaluate the treatment response of radiotherapy and chemotherapy early and provide a base for clinically developing the optimal treatment plan. This article reviews the application of new MRI technology in the evaluation treatment response of cervical cancer.
