Brief Analysis about Application of Contract Whole Life Cycle Management in Modern Enterprises

合同管理是企业经营风险防范的重点,以往的合同管理存在诸多问题,尤其规避风险能力差。针对以上问题,本文提出合同全生命周期管理方案,利用信息化手段实现风险自动识别闭环管理,从根本上提升了合同管理抗风险能力。

Contract management is the focus of enterprises’management risk prevention,and there are many problems in the past contract management,especially in the aspects of poor risk aversion ability.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the whole life cycle management scheme of the con.tract,realizes the risks automatic identification closed-loop management by informatization means,and funda.mentally improves the anti-risk ability of the contract management.
