煤矿井下局部通风机的非停原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 基于煤矿供电由于其系统的不可靠和特殊性,存在非计划停电停风现象。瓦斯矿井局部通风机供电可靠性要求非常高,但即便如此,由于电网电压波动等种种原因而导致井下高低压配电装置闪络跳闸现象时有发生,从而导致局部通风机无计划停风。本文对井下局部通风机供电现状及非停原因进行了分析,得出了造成风机突然断电的一项重要因素,并提出了解决对策,以此杜绝由于电网电压波动而造成井下高低压配电装置闪络跳闸现象的发生。 Based on the unreliability and particularity of power supply system in coal mine,there exists the phenomenon of unplanned power cut and blowing-down.Power-supply of local ventilator in gas mine has high requirements for reliability,but even so,due to the grid voltage fluctuations and other reasons caused by the downhole high and low voltage distribution equipment flashover tripping phenomenon occurs from time to time,resulting in unplanned blowing-down of local ventilator.This paper analyzes the current situation and non-stop reasons of underground local ventilator,and obtains an important factor causing the sudden power outage of the fan is obtained and puts forward to a solution to put an end to the flashover and trip.ping of underground high and low voltage distribution equipment caused by the voltage fluctuation of the pow.er grid.
