摘要
安全生产监控系统是煤矿必须配备的系统,通过有效监测气体浓度、及时监控安全隐患,以及制定有效的应急预案,保障煤矿安全生产。本文结合红石湾煤矿的现状,分析该煤矿安全生产监控系统的升级改造需求,提出设计思路并进行系统选型,设计升级改造方案,实现了分级报警、逻辑报警、系统异常诊断、自动配置传感器、数据断线续传等功能。
The safety production&monitoring system is a system to be equipped in the coal mine,which can monitor the gas concentration effectively,monitor the potential safety hazard in time,and make an effec.tive emergency plan to guarantee the safe production of the coal mine.Combined with the present situation of Hongshiwan Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the demand of upgrading and transformation of the coal mine’s safety production&monitoring system,puts forward the design idea and carries on the system selection and design scheme of upgrading and transformation,which realizes the classification alarm,the logic alarm,the system abnormality diagnosis,the automatic configuration sensor,data continued transmission after break and other functions.
