摘要
某化工装置10kV系统电力电缆发生短路故障,引起上级35kV系统发生“晃电”,导致自备电厂空冷岛变频器跳停。本文从事故原因分析入手,对变频器进行抗晃电能力测试,并得出相关结论,为各同类型用户的抗“晃电”措施和方案提供参考。
The short circuit fault of power cable in 10kV system of a chemical plant installation causes“voltage shock”in superior 35kV system,which leads to the jump and stop of air cooling island frequency converter in self-provided power plant.This paper starts from the analysis of accident causes,tests the antishaking ability of frequency converter,and draws relevant conclusions,which provides reference for the mea.sures and schemes of anti-shocking voltage of different types of users.
