级间抽加汽式离心压缩机平衡管振动大原因分析及处理措施

摘要 丙烯压缩机在运行过程中反馈,压缩机两侧平衡管线振动较大,特别是面向压缩机,右侧的管线在压缩机出口法兰后振动较大,影响机组正常使用。对机组本体、4个支撑、平衡管线进行了测量。面向汽轮机,压缩机左侧平衡管振动值在5~8mm/s;压缩机右侧平衡管振动在压缩机出口管线法兰、拐弯处振动较大,达到35mm/s。管道内气体存在不规则的波动,产生气流脉动,气流冲击力较大,设备检修后,机组平衡管振值降到了正常范围,消除了五段出入口管线经常发生喘振的现象,提高了正常运行效率,流量由原来的750Nm^3/min,提高到了现在的880Nm^3/min,达到了运行要求。 Propylene compressor feedbacks in the operation process,the vibration of balanced pipeline on both sides of the balance line is greater,especially for the compressor,the right side of the pipeline in the compressor outlet flange after the vibration is greater,affecting the normal use of the unit.The unit body,four supports,balance line are measured,facing the steam turbine,the vibration value of the left balance pipe of the compressor is between 5-8mm/s;the vibration of the right balance pipe of the compressor is in the outlet line flange of the compressor,and the vibration at the corner is large,reaching 35mm/s.There are irregular fluctuations of gas in the pipeline,resulting in air flow pulsation,large air flow impact force,after equipment maintenance,the vibration value of the unit balance pipe has been reduced to the normal range,eliminating the phenomenon of frequent surge in the five section of the inlet and outlet pipeline,and improving the normal operation efficiency.The flow rate has been increased from the original 750Nm3/min to the current 880Nm3/min,which has reached the operational requirements.
