摘要 随着矿井开采智能化的发展,矿井污水处理也越来越受到重视。水处理既可以起到环保作用,又可以实现水的重复利用,节约水资源。为了提高矿井污水处理的质量和效率,同时节省人力、物力,智能化建设也是十分必要的。在矿井水处理智能化建设过程中,由于设备区域离散,信号采集困难,需要大量的人力完成工艺流程处理、设备及生产状态的巡查、加药等工序。本文提出了在梅花井煤矿矿井水处理站基于Wincc的网络化PLC控制与视频监控系统相结合的采集控制方式,完成对整个工艺流程的有效监控。系统针对Wincc与海康摄像机的结合,开发了语言包及控件,并将该项技术在梅花井矿井水处理中应用。该技术在国内矿井污水处理行业首次应用成功,可以举一反三的适用于各个工业控制、工艺缓解可视化的改造与应用。 With the development of intelligent mine mining,more and more attention has been paid to mine sewage treatment.Water treatment can not only play an environmental role,but also realize reutilization of water and save the water resources.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of mine sewage treatment,and meanwhile save manpower,material resources,intelligent construction is also very necessary.In the pro.cess of intelligent construction of mine water treatment,due to the discretization of equipment area and the difficulty of signal collection,a lot of manpower is needed to complete the process flow processing,inspec.tion of equipment and production state,adding medicine and so on.In this paper,a collection and control mode based on Wincc network PLC control and video monitoring system in Mine Water Treatment Station of Meihuajing Coal is put forward to complete the effective monitoring of the whole technological process.Aim.ing at the combination of Wincc and Haikang camera,the language package and control are developed,and the technology is applied in mine water treatment of Meihuajing Mine.This technology has been successfully applied in domestic mine sewage treatment industry for the first time,which can be applied to various indus.trial controls and visual transformation and application of process mitigation.
