目的分析局部皮瓣在面部整形中的应用价值.方法:选择2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的接受面部整形术患者240例为研究对象,对其开展局部皮瓣在面部整形,分析结果.结果240例患者中,治疗总有效率为90.00%.满意108例,较满意90例,一般22例,不满意24例.总有效率和差评率相比,(P<0.05).B组患者针对瘢痕隐蔽性满意度打分显著较低,其对于手术区域外形以及功能、质地匹配、皮瓣色泽匹配满意度明显较高.结论将局部皮瓣修复术应用到面部整形之中,能够取得满意效果.这种方法更为符合美容外科的原则.其能够在根本上确保面部受损修复后的美容效果,方法简单可行,因此值得进一步推广.

Objective To analyze the application value of local skin flaps in facial plastic surgery. Methods 240 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. The results were analyzed. Results Of 240 patients, the total effective rate was 90.00%.There were 108 cases of satisfaction, 90 cases of satisfaction, 22 cases of general satisfaction and 24 cases of dissatisfaction. The total effective rate was compared with the poor evaluation rate (P < 0.05). In group B, the score of satisfaction with scar concealment was significantly lower, and the satisfaction with the shape, function, texture and color matching of the surgical area was significantly higher.Conclusion The application of local skin flap repair in facial plastic surgery can achieve satisfactory results.
