强脉冲光治疗顽固性马拉色菌毛囊炎——一种有效的治疗选择

Treatment with intense pulsed light in recalcitrant Malassezia folliculitis-a effective treatment option

目的评价强脉冲光(IPL)420nm治疗顽固性马拉色菌毛囊炎(MF)的疗效.方法选择15例15~46岁顽固性马拉色菌毛囊炎患者为研究对象.结果经3次IPL420nm治疗后,炎性病变完全诱导4例,明显改善6例,轻度改善3例,无改善1例,总有效率为71.4%.结论IPL420nm可能是MF患者较好的选择.虽然结果似乎令人鼓舞,可以提供一个容易获得的治疗方案,但我们需要更多的临床经验来观察长期随访的疗效.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intense pulsed light (IPL) 420 nm in treating recalcitrant malassezia folliculitis(MF).Methods A total of fifteen cases of recalcitrant MF aged 15-46 years were recruited for the study. IPL420 were performed at one week intervals for three times.Results After three times of IPL420nm, inflammatory lesions had induced completely in four patients,and improved obviously in six patients, had improved slightly in three patient, and had not improved in one patient. The whole effective rate was71.4%.Conclusion IPL420nm may be a good choice for patients with MF. Although the results seem encouraging and can provide a easily available treatment option for this, we need more clinical experience to observe efficacy in longterm follow-up.
