不同点阵激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床对比研究

Clinical comparison of different lattice laser treatment for acne scar

目的比较不同点阵激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的临床效果.方法:选取本院2016年1月-2019年1月收治的凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者110例,采用摸球法分为A组和B组,各55例.A组采用CO2点阵激光治疗,B组采用2940nm点阵铒激光治疗,治疗1个月后开展随访工作,并详细记录疗效.结果:A组治疗总有效率96.36%,高于B组的80.00%,A组不良反应发生率54.55%,高于B组的21.82%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后两组患者ECCA权重评分均有明显下降,但A组ECCA权重评分低于B组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分对比无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:CO2点阵激光及2940nm点阵铒激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕均有较好疗效,临床可根据实际治疗需求选择治疗措施..

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different lattice laser in the treatment of acne scar depression. Methods: 110 patients with sunken acne scar admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B by touch ball method, with 55 patients in each group. Group A was treated with CO2 lattice laser therapy, while group B was treated with 2940nm lattice erbium laser therapy. Follow-up was conducted 1 month after treatment, and the efficacy was recorded in detail. Results: the total effective rate was 96.36% in group A, higher than 80.00% in group B, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 54.55% in group A, higher than 21.82% in group B, with statistically significant comparison (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ECCA weight score of both groups was significantly decreased, but the ECCA weight score of group A was lower than that of group B, and the comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in pain scores, anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: both CO2 lattice laser and 2940nm lattice erbium laser have good therapeutic effect on acne scar.
