摘要
目的探讨点阵激光联合重组人表皮生长因子对痤疮后萎缩性瘢痕的治疗作用研究.方法将2018年3月-2019年3月在我院皮肤科治疗的80例痤疮后萎缩性瘢痕患者随机分为两组,对照组单用点阵激光治疗,观察组使用点阵激光联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、皮肤愈合指标、皮肤生理指标变化.结果观察组治疗有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);观察组结痂时间、结痂脱落时间、愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后经皮水分流失值(TEWL)、红斑指数(EI)明显低于对照组,而角质层含水量明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论点阵激光联合重组人表皮生长因子对痤疮后萎缩性瘢痕的治疗作用显著,能有效促进损伤皮肤组织的愈合,恢复皮肤屏障能力,抑制黑色素沉积,具有积极的临床意义.
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of dot-matrix laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on the post-treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Eighty patients with atrophic scar after acne treated in dermatology department of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with lattice laser alone.The observation group was treated with lattice laser combined with recombinant human epidermis growth factor.Compared the two groups with the clinical efficacy, skin healing index and skin physiological index.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75%)(P < 0.05).The scab formation time, eschar shedding time and healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the (TEWL), erythema index (EI) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the water content of the cuticular layer was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Lattice laser combined with recombinant human epidermis growth factor has a significant therapeutic effect on atrophic scar after acne, which can effectively promote the healing of injured skin tissue, restore the ability of skin barrier and inhibit melanin deposition, which has positive clinical significance.
