数字化微笑设计+"TT"玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠对接受前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复牙齿美学效果的影响

The effect of digital smile design + "TT" jade porcelain full anatomical zirconia all-ceramic crown on the aesthetics of the anterior and premolar fixed denture aesthetics

目的观察数字化微笑设计+"TT"玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠对接受前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复牙齿美学效果的影响.方法选取我院68例接受前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复患者,按照手术方法分组,各34例.对照组行"HT"瓷倍健有饰瓷氧化锆全瓷冠治疗,观察组行数字化微笑设计+"TT"玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠治疗.对比两组白色美学(WES)、红色美学(PES)评分及修复体形态轮廓、颜色分布、半透明度、个体特征、表面质地评分.结果观察组WES评分、PES评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组修复体颜色分布、半透明度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论数字化微笑设计+"TT"玉瓷全解剖式氧化锆全瓷冠治疗前牙及前磨牙固定义齿美学修复,可增强修复体修复效果、美学效果.

Objective To observe the effect of digital smile design +"TT" jade porcelain full anatomical zirconia all-ceramic crown on the aesthetic effect of anterior and premolar fixed denture aesthetics. Methods A total of 68 patients with anterior and premolar fixed dentures were enrolled in our hospital. All patients were divided into 34 cases according to the surgical method. The control group was treated with “HT” porcelain double-ceramic porcelain zirconia all-ceramic crown, and the observation group was digitally smiling and designed with “TT” jade porcelain full-anatomy zirconia all-ceramic crown treatment. Two groups of white aesthetics (WES), red aesthetics (PES) scores, and prosthetic shape contours, color distribution, translucency, individual characteristics, and surface texture scores were compared. Results The WES score and PES score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The color distribution and translucency score of the prosthesis group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Digital smile design +"TT" jade porcelain full anatomical zirconia all-ceramic crown for the treatment of anterior and premolar fixed denture aesthetic restoration can enhance the repair effect and aesthetic effect of the restoration.
