四手配合操作模式在玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨四手配合操作模式在玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠中的应用效果.方法选取2018年5月至2019年7月在我院接受玻璃纤维桩残根残冠修复术的144例(157牙)患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(72例,79牙)和对照组,每组72例(78牙).对照组在修复术中实施单人双手独立操作模式,观察组实施医生与护理双人四手配合操作模式.比较两组修复所用时间、患者满意度,随访1年,比较两组修复成功率.结果观察组修复时间(73.27±7.52)min,明显较对照组(115.83±8.77)min短,差异有统计学意义(t=19.746,P=0.002).观察组患者满意率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的86.11%,差异有统计学意义(2=8.497,P=0.014);修复成功率为94.94%,明显高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(2=8.169,P=0.016).结论四手配合操作模式可有效缩短玻璃纤维桩修复残根残冠修复时间,提高工作效率,保证修复质量,提升患者满意度. Objective The application effect of four-handed operation mode in the repair of residual roots and crowns of glass fiber piles was discussed. Methods 144 patients (157 teeth) who underwent repair of residual fiberglass residual crown in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were selected as observation subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group (72 cases, 79 teeth) and control group, 72 cases (78 teeth) in each group. The control group was given a single-handed independent operation mode during the repair operation, and the observation group implemented a doctor-and-care double-handed operation mode. The time and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The follow-up period was 1 year. The success rate of the two groups was compared. Results The repair time of the observation group was (73.27±7.52) min, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (115.83±8.77) min. The difference was statistically significant (t=19.746, P=0.002). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.22%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.11%. The difference was statistically significant (2=8.497, P=0.014). The success rate of repair was 94.94%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. 84.62%, the difference was statistically significant (2=8.169, P=0.016). Conclusion The four-handed operation mode can effectively shorten the repair time of the residual fiber crown of the fiberglass pile, improve the work efficiency, ensure the repair quality, and improve the patient satisfaction.
