阿拉善盟沙产业发展对农户参与意愿影响的研究——以肉苁蓉产业为例

Study on the Influence of the Development of Alxa’s Sand Industry on Farmers’ Willingness to Participate——Taking the Cistanche Industry as an Example

文章以阿拉善盟230户农户的微观数据为基础,运用结构方程模型分析了沙产业发展正向经济效应、正向生态效应和政府对沙产业管理态度对农户参与意愿的影响。结果显示:正向经济效应、正向环境效应和政府管理态度路径系数均较为理想,对农户参与意愿有显著正向影响;正向经济效应的影响程度显著高于正向环境效应和政府管理态度;政府管理态度影响程度虽小却不可小觑。针对上述结论,提出了大力扶持沙产业发展,增强宣传力度,完善管理、增强政策制定过程的透明度等政策建议。

Based on the micro-data of 230 households in Alxa League,this paper used structural equation modeling to analyze the positive economic effects of the development of the sand industry,the positive ecological effects and the influence of the government's attitude towards the management of the sand industry on the farmers'willingness to participate.The results showed that: positive economic effects,positive environmental effects and government management attitudes have good path coefficients,which have a significant positive impact on farmers' willingness to participate;the impact of positive economic effects is significantly higher than that of positive environmental effects and government management attitudes;the degree of the influence of government's management attitude is small but cannot be underestimated.In response to the above conclusions,this paper proposed corresponding policy recommendations: vigorously support the development of the sand industry,enhance publicity, improve management and policy transparency.
