疾控中心青年思想状况调查、需求及对策分析

Investigation, Demand Analysis and Work Countermeasure of the Ideological Situation of Young Workers in CDC

目的对疾控中心某所35周岁以下青年职工基本情况、思想与价值观、工作满意度及目标要求、党群团与青年工作等方面进行系统调查,并分析其各方面需求及当前工作中存在的问题,为今后更好地开展青年思想政治工作提供指导。方法2018年9—11月,向疾控中心某所35岁以下青年职工发放问卷调查,进行重点访谈,并对调查结果进行分析。结果青年职工总体心态积极健康、自我定位明确,寻求个人发展意愿迫切,但目前的思想政治教育对青年缺乏吸引力,现有岗位机制也存在局限性,对青年人的发展有一定阻碍。结论青年思想政治建设中仍存在针对性不强和形式单一的问题。

Objective To systematically investigate the basic situation,thoughts and values,job satisfaction and target requirements of a young employee under the age of 35 in the CDC,and analyze the needs and problems in various aspects of the work of the CPC.It will provide guidance for better ideological and political work of young people in the future.Methods From September to November of 2018,a group of young workers under the age of 35 were sent questionnaires,key interviews were conducted,and the results were analyzed.Results The young workers have a positive and healthy mentality and a clear self-orientation,and are eager to seek personal development.However,the current ideological and political education is not attractive to young people,and the existing post mechanism also has limitations,which has certain obstacles to the development of young people.Conclusion There are still some problems in the ideological and political construction of young people.
