老年专科护士延续护理核心能力评价指标初步构建

Preliminary Construction of Evaluation Indicators for Continuing Nursing Core Competence of Geriatric Nurses

目的初步形成老年专科护士延续护理核心能力的评价指标。方法2018年6月—2018年12月采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,通过两轮22名专家咨询,建立了老年专科护士延续护理核心能力评价指标。结果结合专家意见,老年专科护士延续护理核心能力的最终评价指标由5个一级指标,包括系统评估能力、系统的健康教育能力、与各专科互相合作能力、识别和处理健康问题的能力、系统的定期随访能力和跌倒及压疮风险的评估、疾病相关知识及用药护理的健康教育、医疗专业人员、患者、家庭主要照顾者以及患者共同合作根据病情制定居家护理计划、能识别老年慢性病对身体机能的影响等20个二级指标组成。结论专家对老年专科护士延续护理核心能力评价指标的意见,指标结果科学可靠,可作为老年护理专科延续护理护士能力的培训和考核的参考。

Objective Initially form evaluation indicators for the continuation of nursing core competence of elderly specialist nurses.Methods Evaluation indicators of the core nursing ability of the elderly specialist nurses were established with Delphi method through 22 experts consultation in two rounds from June to December in 2018.Results Combined with experts opinions,the final evaluation indicators of the elderly specialist nurses'core competence of nursing were composed of 5 first-level indicators including system evaluation ability,system health evaluation ability,cooperation ability with other specialist,ability to identify and address health issues,Systematic regular follow-up ability and assessment of the risk of falls and pressure sores,disease-related knowledge and health education for medication care,medical professionals,patients,primary caregivers,and patients working together to develop a home care plan based on the condition,identification the effects of chronic diseases in the elderly on body functions and so on 20 second-level indicators.Conclusion The experts'opinions on the evaluation indicators of the core nursing ability of the elderly specialist nurses are scientific and reliable,and can be used as a reference for the training and assessment of ability of continuing nursing care for the elderly specialist nurses.
