无创正压通气治疗重症支气管哮喘临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的以重症支气管哮喘患者为本次研究对象,伴随有呼吸衰竭,对患者应用无创正压通气的治疗效果进行探究。方法2016年3月—2018年12月选取我院重症支气管哮喘患者进行研究,伴随有呼吸衰竭,共80例。随机平分为参考组和探究组。参考组采取常规治疗,探究组患者除常规治疗外进行无创正压通气治疗,使用正压呼吸机进行治疗,设置平均气道压设置10.0cmH2O,振幅频率10~15Hz,吸氧浓度0.6。结果探究组总有效率为96.0%,参考组为74.0%,探究组的疗效比参考组更显著(P<0.05);治疗后肺功能指标优于参考组,P<0.05。结论无创正压通气治疗在重症支气管哮喘合并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果明显。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on patients with severe bronchial asthma accompanied by respiratory failure.Methods From March 2016 to December 2018,80 patients with severe bronchial asthma were selected.Randomly divided into reference group and inquiry group.The reference group was treated with routine treatment,and the patients in the inquiry group were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in addition to routine treatment.The patients in the inquiry group were treated with positive pressure ventilator.The average airway pressure was set at 10.0 cmH2O,the amplitude frequency was 10~15 Hz,and the oxygen inhalation concentration was 0.6.Results The total effective rate was 96.0%in the inquiry group and 74.0%in the reference group,the curative effect of the inquiry group was more significant than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the pulmonary function index after treatment was significantly due to the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in severe bronchial asthma combined with respiratory failure is very obvious.
