盐酸氨溴索治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中相关性肺炎治疗中应用盐酸氨溴索的临床应用效果。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月我院收治的70例脑卒中相关性肺炎患者临床资料,将其分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(35例),对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组给予基础治疗+盐酸氨溴索联合治疗,比较两组患者各项临床指标(注射抗生素时间、住院时间、C反应蛋白水平、动脉血氧水平)和治疗总有效率。结果治疗组注射抗生素时间、住院时间与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组C反应蛋白水平、动脉血氧水平与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率(97.14%)与对照组(77.14%)相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中相关性肺炎治疗中应用盐酸氨溴索的临床效果显著,可改善患者各项临床指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia.Methods from April 2017 to April 2018,70 patients with stroke-associated pneumonia in our hospital were divided into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(35 cases).The control group was given basic treatment,while the treatment group was given basic treatment plus ambroxol hydrochloride combined treatment.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared(injection time of antibiotics,treatment time of ambroxol hydrochloride).Hospitalization time,C-reactive protein level,arterial oxygen response and total effective rate of treatment.Results The time of antibiotic injection and hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);the level of C-reactive protein and arterial oxygen reaction in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group(97.14%)was significantly different from that in the control group(77.14%)with statistical significance.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia is remarkable,which can improve the clinical indicators of patients.
