火针联合醋金黄散治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床研究

Clinical Study of Fire Acupuncture Combined With Vinegar Jinhuang Powder in the Treatment of Cystic Acne

目的评判火针联合醋金黄散,对囊肿型痤疮治疗的效果。方法将我院2016年12月—2018年12月收治的60例囊肿型痤疮患者,按患者入院先后顺序,划分为试验组30例、参照组30例。参照组通过螺内酯片联合西咪替丁片、维生素B6治疗,试验组在参照组之上,通过火针联合醋金黄散治疗,对试验组和参照组的临床疗效加以观察。结果试验组、参照组的治疗总有效率分别为:93.33%、70.00%,对比差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率实行对比,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论囊肿型痤疮患者接受火针联合醋金黄散治疗,能获得较好的临床效果,不易于发生不良反应情况。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of fire needle combined with vinegar golden powder on cystic acne.Methods 60 cases of cystic acne patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and reference group(30 cases)according to the order of admission.The reference group was treated with spironolactone tablets combined with cimetidine tablets and vitamin B6.The experimental group was treated with fire needle combined with vinegar golden powder on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the reference group was observed.Results The total effective rates of the experimental group and the reference group were 93.33%and 70.00%,respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needling combined with vinegar golden powder can achieve better clinical effect in patients with cystic acne,which is not easy to cause adverse reactions.
