摘要 目的研究分析血清降钙素原(Serum procalcitonin PCT)、全血超敏C反应蛋白(whole blood hypersensitive C-reactive protein hs-CRP)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein CRP)在小儿呼吸道感染诊断中的价值。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年6月于我院就诊的的呼吸道感染患儿116例,根据不同诊断结果,分为细菌组(n=52)与病毒组(n=64),并选取同期健康儿童58例作为对照组,对比三组儿童的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC水平。结果细菌组患儿的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC阳性率均高于病毒组、对照组(P<0.05),且三组的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC联合检测阳性率高于单项检测阳性率(P<0.05);细菌组患儿的WBC阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05),细菌组患儿的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC水平高于病毒组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCT、hs-CRP、WBC三者联合检测能够提高小儿呼吸道感染的诊断准确率,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study and analyze the value of PCT,hs-CRP and WBC in the diagnosis of pediatric respiratory tract infection.Methods 116 cases of children with respiratory infection who visited our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected.According to different diagnosis results,they were divided into the bacterial group(n=52)and the viral group(n=64),and 58 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of PCT,hs-CRP and WBC in the three groups were compared.Results The positive rates of CT,hs-CRP and WBC in bacterial group were higher than those in viral group and control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCT,hs CRP and WBC in the three groups was higher than that of single test(P<0.05).The positive rate of WBC in bacterial group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of CT,hs-CRP and WBC in bacterial group were higher than those in viral group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of PCT,hs-CRP and WBC can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of pediatric respiratory tract infection,which has important clinical significance.
