品管圈降低血液透析中低血压发生率的研究

Study on Quality Control Circle to Reduce the Occurrence Rate of Hypotension in Hemodialysis

目的探讨品管圈在降低血液透析患者透析中低血压发生率的效果。方法选取2018年7—8月在我院血液净化科进行透析治疗的720例患者作为对照组,采用常规血液透析护理模式,然后组建品管圈,实施品管圈护理干预模式。品管圈活动期为2018年9月—2019年2月,活动结束后,统计2019年3—4月患者(观察组)透析中低血压的发生率,并与对照组进行比较。结果观察组患者的低血压发生率为7.2%低于对照组(15.0%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=22.05,P<0.001)。结论品管圈活动可以降低血液透析患者透析中低血压发生率,延长患者生命。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in reducing the occurrence rate of hypotension when patients receive hemodialysis.Methods 720 patients who received hemodialysis in our hospital from July to August 2018 were defined as the control group,and were offered routine nursing.Then set up a quality control circle to carry out the intervention mode of quality control circle,which lasted from September 2018 to February 2019.Afterwards,collect the data and statistics on the the occurrence rate of hypotension when patients(observation group)receive hemodialysis from March 2019 to April 2019,and compare the statistics with those from the control group.Results The occurrence rate of hypotension of the patients in the observation group is 7.2%,below 15.0%(χ^2=22.05,P<0.001)in the control group,which has significant difference.Conclusion Quality control circle can apparently reduce the occurrence rate of hypotension when patients receive hemodialysis,and extend the life span of patients.
