循证护理在急性胰腺炎手术治疗中的应用效果

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Scheme in the Nursing of Acute Pancreatitis and the Effect of Nursing Quality

目的探究循证护理在急性胰腺炎患者临床治疗中的应用。方法2018年2月—2019年2月,在我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者中随机抽取88例并随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,比较两组的护理工作质量评分、并发症发生率、护理工作满意度。结果经护理后,与对照组相比,研究组护理工作质量评分较高,并发症发生率较低,护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎患者的治疗中,应用循证护理的效果显著。

Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 88 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given evidence-based nursing.The nursing quality score,complication rate and nursing job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing with the control,the scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher,the incidence of complications was lower,the recovery rate and nursing satisfaction were higher,with significant statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis has a significant effect.
