骨科住培医生MOOC教学平台的构建及效果评价 被引量:12

摘要 目的探索MOOC教学方法提高骨科住培医生初期工作能力的教学效果。方法以30名骨科住培医师为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,由同一带教老师实施教学。实验组采用MOOC教学方法,学员可在任何地点、任何时间在互联网终端学习课程内容,观看完视频讲解后必须在网上完成习题;如有任何疑问,可至讨论交互区与同学及指导老师互动。对照组采用传统学习强化方法学习相同的内容,可采用的方法包括书籍、网络、翻阅笔记、相互交流等。规定学习时间结束后对两组同时进行测试,测试内容包括笔试及实际操作考核,评价两组学员教学效果。结果对照组笔试和技能操作成绩分别为(80.23±7.32)分、(73.36±6.41)分,实验组笔试和技能操作成绩分数为(89.58±6.32)分、(88.87±6.23)分;实验组两次考核成绩和考试评级均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MOOC教学方法对骨科住培医生工作初期实操能力有明显提升效果,具有良好的应用前景。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of MOOC methods on the improvement of work ability of orthopedic doctors in the early days.Methods Thirty orthopedic resident physicians were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the teaching was carried out by the same teacher.The experimental group was received the MOOC teaching method.The students learned the courses on the Internet terminal at any place and at any time.After watching the video explanation,they must complete the exercises online.If there is any doubt,they could communicate with the classmates and the instructor in the discussion interactive area.The control group was received the traditional learning intensive method to learn the same courses.The available methods include books,networks,reading notes,and mutual communication.After the end of the study,the two groups were tested at the same time.The written and the skill operation assessment were performed in order to evaluate the teaching effect for the two groups of students.Results The scores of examination and skill operation test were(80.23±7.32)points and(73.36±6.41)points,respectively,for the control group.And the scores were(89.58±6.32)points and(88.87±6.23)points,respectively,for the experimental group.Both the test scores and grades of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MOOC teaching method significantly has obvious improvement effect on the practical operation ability of orthopedic resident training doctors at the initial stage of work,and has a good application prospect.
