Application of Different Teaching Methods in Standardized Training of Gynecology Students

摘要 目的对不同带教方式在妇科规范化培训学员临床教学中的应用效果进行对比分析。方法将2017年2月—2019年2月于本科室接受规范化培训的56例学员纳为本次实验研究对象,随机均分为对照组以及试验组,分别实施传统带教模式以及改良带教模式,并对两组研究对象的考核成绩以及带教满意度进行对比分析。结果试验组研究对象在考核成绩以及带教满意度比较上均显著优于对照组,且组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良带教方式能够显著提升妇科规范化培训学员临床教学的效果以及学员的满意度。 Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of different teaching methods in clinical teaching of gynecological standardized trainees.Methods 56 students who received standardized training in our department from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The traditional teaching mode and the improved teaching mode were implemented respectively.The evaluation results and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The subjects in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of examination results and teaching satisfaction,and there were significant differences in data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved teaching method can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of gynecological standardized trainees and the satisfaction of trainees,which is worthy of popularization and application.
