摘要
目的探索CBL(case-based learning)教学在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法选取遵义医科大学附属医院内分泌科住院医师规范化培训学员(后称“住培生”)166名,随机分为两组,对照组(86人)采用LBL传统教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)带教,实验组(80人)采用CBL教学法带教,通过对比两组住培生的出科考核成绩与主观效果评价,研究两种方法在内分泌科教学中的效果。结果实验组在出科考核成绩及主观效果评价的均优于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学模式应用于内分泌科规范化培训教育中,可有效提高教学效果,提升教学过程的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL(case-based learning)teaching method in standardized training of residents in Department of Endocrinology.Methods A total of 166 hospitalizations in the Endocrinology Department of Zunyi Medical University were divided into 2 groups randomly.One group adopted the traditional teaching method(86 people),the other group adopted the CBL teaching method(80 people).After the study of rotation,a evaluation of the learning effect was carried out by Academic achievements,and the Evaluation of subjective effects was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results CBL teaching group was academic achievements and Evaluation of subjective effects higher than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CBL teaching method can significantly improve the Teaching effects and evaluate the satisfaction in Standardized Training of Residents in Endocrinology Department.
