微课联合慕课在血液净化实习、规培教学应用

Application of Microlectures Combined With MOOCs in Blood Purification Practice, Rotation and Training

血液净化学作为近年来的新兴学科,并未作为一个单独的学科列入临床实习或轮转计划中。作为临床轮转中肾脏内科的一小部分内容,同时结合血液净化技术的特殊性,临床医师的带教需要建立有别于传统教学的时间完整、教学地点固定的模式。微课和慕课共同具有随时随地进行教学的特点,能够为血液净化的教学提供更好的互动性及接受度。文章探讨在血液净化教学中应用微课联合慕课的必要性及必然性,并针对血液净化专业特点提出微课程设计策略,构建一套完整的血液净化课程教学体系,这对其他操作性强且可能涉及多学科应用的学科教学也有一定的借鉴价值。

As an emerging discipline in recent years,blood purification has not been included in clinical practice or rotation program as a separate discipline.As a small part of the clinical rotation of nephrology,combined with the particularity of blood purification technology,the teaching of clinicians needs to establish a mode that is different from the traditional teaching of complete time and fixed teaching location.Microlecture and MOOCs have the characteristics of teaching in anytime and anywhere,which can provide better interaction and acceptance for the teaching of blood purification.This paper discusses the necessity and inevitability of applying microlectures combined MOOCs in the teaching of blood purification,and the design strategy of microlectures was proposed according to the characteristics of blood purification specialty,and a complete blood purification course teaching system is to be constructed.It also has certain reference value for other subject teaching which is operable and may involve multi-disciplinary application.
