PDCA循环在规培护士临床技能培养中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle in the Management of Clinical Skills of Nurses

目的探讨PDCA循环在规培护士临床技能培养管理中的应用效果。方法2017年10月—2018年9月,本院在规培护士临床技能培养管理中落实PDCA循环模式,选择180名护理人员作为观察组,随机选择2016年10月—2017年9月本院培养常规管理模式180名护理人员作为对照组,均取两组当时临床护理技能、护理质量及护理满意度等评价进行比较。结果观察组临床护理技能、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度98.89%显著高于对照组87.78%,P<0.05。结论在规培护士临床技能培养管理中实施PDCA循环模式利于进一步增强其临床护理技能及应急处理能力,从多角度改善服务质量,提高护理满意度,管理价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in the management of clinical skills of nurses.Methods From October 2017 to September 2018,the hospital implemented the PDCA cycle model in the management of clinical skills training for nurses,and selected 180 nursing staff as observation groups.The hospital was randomly selected from October 2016 to September 2017.A total of 180 nursing staff in the regular management mode were trained as the control group,and the evaluations of clinical nursing skills,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction at the time were compared.Results The clinical nursing skills and nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.78%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle mode in the training of clinical skills training of nurses is beneficial to further enhance their clinical nursing skills and emergency response capabilities,improve service quality from multiple perspectives,improve nursing satisfaction,and have higher management value.
