摘要
目的探讨以“学生为主体,导师负责制”的教学模式在儿科学生产实习中的应用效果。方法选择87名哈尔滨医科大学第四附属医院2013级临床医学专业学生和96名哈尔滨医科大学第四附属医院2014级临床医学专业学生为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规生产实习方法带教。观察组采用基于以“学生为主体,导师负责制”的教学模式带教,通过两组学生的儿科出科考试成绩和患者满意度调查结果比较分析实验效果。结果观察组学生儿科出科考试成绩单项分值及总分均高于对照组,患者对观察组学生的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“学生为主体,导师负责制”的教学模式应用于儿科学生产实习有助于提升学生学习主动性,改善临床实习质量,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of"student-centered,tutor-responsible"teaching model in pediatric production practice.Methods 87 students majoring in clinical medicine in Grade 2013 and 96 students majoring in clinical medicine in Grade 2014 of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as control group and observation group.The control group was taught by routine production practice.The observation group was taught by the teaching mode of"student-centered,tutor-responsible",and the experimental results were compared and analyzed by the results of the two groups of students'examination and patient satisfaction survey.Results The scores of individual and total scores of pediatric examination scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"student-centered,tutor-responsible"teaching model in pediatric production practice is helpful to enhance students'learning initiative,improve the quality of clinical practice and improve patients'satisfaction.
