阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法以本院骨科2018年1月—12月接收的实习生60名作为研究对象,根据不同带教方法将60名实习生分成两组,其中一组设为对照组,取30名实习生给予传统带教方式,另一组设为观察组,取余下30名实习生给予阶段式带教方法,比较两组不同带教教学方法的应用效果。结果考核结果显示,观察组实习生护理理论知识、操作技能等评分均优于对照组,两组考核成绩比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生带教满意度96.67%高于对照组80.00%,两组带教满意度比较差异具统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式带教方法在骨科护理教学中应用效果理想,可以提高实习生的理论成绩与实践操作能力,使实习生可以更好、更快的适应骨科工作。 Objective To study the application effect of the stage teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods 60 interns received from January to December 2018 in our department of orthopedics were selected as subjects.60 interns were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.One group was set as the control group and 30 interns were selected.The traditional teaching method was given,and the other group was set as the observation group.The remaining 30 interns were given a staged teaching method to compare the application effects of different teaching methods.Results The results of the examination showed that the nursing students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills were better than the control group.The scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.96.67%was higher than the control group(80.00%),and the difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The staged teaching method is effective in orthopedic nursing teaching,which can improve the intern's theoretical achievement and practical operation ability,so that interns can better and faster adapt to orthopedic work.
