摘要
目的对在护理管理临床实习中应用周目标教学管理,对应用效果展开分析,得出结论,日后为相关工作提供借鉴。方法此次收录研究样本均为2017年3月1日—2018年3月1日期间在本院实习护生,共计97名,按照分组依据计算机表法将所有护生处理为常规组(n=49)、研究组(n=48),分别实施常规教学管理、周目标教学管理,比较两组护生管理结果综合评分。结果研究组管理结果中的基础操作、理论知识考核、护理质量、教学满意度、学习意愿评分在数值上均高于常规组,且各项对应对比的最终结果均为P<0.05,足以证明,周目标教学管理的实施确实有显著效果。结论在护理管理临床实习中应用周目标教学管理,可有效的提升带教效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of weekly target teaching management in clinical practice of nursing management and draw conclusions,so as to provide reference for related work in the future.Methods 97 nursing students from March 1,2017 to March 1,2018 were enrolled in this study.According to the method of computer table,all nursing students were divided into routine group(n=49)and research group(n=48).Routine teaching management and weekly goal teaching management were implemented respectively.The comprehensive scores of management results of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of basic operation,theoretical knowledge assessment,nursing quality,teaching satisfaction and learning willingness in the management results of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the final results of the corresponding comparison were all P<0.05,sufficiently proving that the implementation of weekly goal teaching management had a significant effect.Conclusion The application of weekly target teaching management in clinical practice of nursing management can effectively improve the teaching effect.
