摘要
临床教学是医学教育中重要的组成部分,临床教学中教师是关键,临床教师的专业能力和教学能力直接影响医学生的培养质量。临床教师是教学医院工作的人员,承担着临床和教学的任务,具有医师和教师的双重身份决定了临床教师教学能力培养工作的特殊性。文章对临床教师教学能力培养模式进行了文献查阅,结合广西医科大学第一临床医学院对临床教师教学能力培养工作的实践经验,从临床教师教学能力培养的必要性、存在的问题、对策和措施,以及培养成效4个方面探讨了对临床教师进行培养的重要性,旨在提高临床教学质量,并为地方医科大学培育优秀医学事业接班人提供重要途径。
Clinical teaching is an important part of medical education,and teachers are the key in clinical teaching.Clinical teachers are the staff of teaching hospitals and assume the tasks of clinical and teaching.The dual status of doctors and teachers determines the particularity of the training of clinical teachers'teaching ability.Articles of clinical teachers'teaching ability training mode has carried on the literature review,combined with the first clinical medical college of guangxi medical university clinical teachers'teaching ability training work experience,from the necessity of clinical teachers'teaching ability training,problems,countermeasures and measures,and cultivating the results this paper discusses the importance for clinical teachers to cultivate,to improve the quality of clinical teaching,and successor to provide for local medical universities to cultivate excellent medical career important way.
