宫颈癌临床病理特征分析

Analysis of Clinicopathological Features of Cervical Cancer

目的研究宫颈癌临床病理特征及与宫旁侵犯、盆腔淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月本院收治的80例宫颈癌患者作为本次研究对象,回顾性分析入选患者临床资料,所有患者均接受病理检查,制定高年资、高职称病理检查医师完成相关操作,分析宫颈癌患者临床病理特征及与宫旁侵犯、盆腔淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果80例宫颈癌患者均顺利完成病理检查。经分析可知,其中25例脉管侵犯(占比31.25%)、12例宫旁侵犯(占比15.00%)、10例盆腔淋巴结转移(占比12.50%)。结论宫颈癌ⅠB1期患者发生宫旁侵犯和淋巴转移的几率较低,脉管侵犯、盆腔淋巴结转移具有密切相关性。

Objective To study the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer and its relationship with periuterine invasion and pelvic lymph node metastasis.Methods 80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object.The clinical data of the selected patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent pathological examination.Senior and senior pathologists were established to complete the relevant operations.The relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer patients and periuterine invasion and pelvic lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results Pathological examination was successfully completed in 80 patients with cervical cancer.According to the analysis,there were 25 cases of vascular invasion(31.25%),12 cases of parauterine invasion(15.00%)and 10 cases of pelvic lymph node metastasis(12.50%).Conclusion The incidence of periuterine invasion and lymphatic metastasis in patients with stage I B1 cervical cancer is low.Vascular invasion and pelvic lymph node metastasis are closely related.
