腔内激光手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效

Endovascular Laser Surgery for Varicose Great Saphenous Vein

目的探讨腔内激光手术对于大隐静脉曲张的治疗效果。方法选择68例大隐静脉曲张患者,依据患者入院顺序的奇偶性将其交叉分为两组,其中一组称为对照组并应用传统手术方案,另一组称为研究组并应用腔内激光手术方案,观察两组患者手术切口数量、长度、手术时间、住院时间等相关指标,并对比并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术切口数量、长度、手术时间、住院时间等指标均明显优于对照组患者;研究组14.71%(5/34)患者出现并发症状,相较于对照组的58.82%(20/34)更优,组间相关数据经统计检验得出差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内激光手术方法对大隐静脉曲张疾病具有确切疗效,相较于传统术式安全性更高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endovenous laser surgery on varicose great saphenous vein.Methods 68 patients with varicose great saphenous vein were selected and divided into two groups according to the parity of admission sequence.One group was called control group and was treated with traditional operation scheme,the other group was called research group and was treated with intravenous laser operation scheme.The number of incisions,length of operation,length of hospital stay and other related indicators were observed and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results The number of incisions,length,operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.Complications were found in 14.71%(5/34)of the study group,which was better than 58.82%(20/34)of the control group.The statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Endovascular laser surgery has a definite effect on varicose great saphenous vein disease,and is safer than traditional surgery.
