重症肺炎患者机械通气下纤支镜介入的疗效

Efficacy of Mechanical Ventilation Under Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy in Patients With Severe Pneumonia

目的对重症肺炎患者实施机械通气下纤支镜介入诊断治疗,评价临床效果。方法研究样本为75例于本院治疗的重症肺炎患者,统一收录于2017年1月7日—2018年6月15日期间,依据计算机表法对确定样本进行分组处理,得出参照组(n=38)并实施机械通气治疗、研究组(n=37)并联合纤支镜介入诊疗,对比两组评价指标(临床治疗效果、呼吸指标)。结果研究组患者临床有效率、呼吸指标在数值上对比均优于参照组,且各项数据对应对比的最终结果均体现为P<0.05。结论对重症肺炎患者行机械通气治疗时,增加纤支镜介入如诊断治疗,可有效提升患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的呼吸指标,远近期疗效均较为显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of interventional diagnosis and treatment of severe pneumonia by fiberoptic bronchoscopy under mechanical ventilation.Methods 75 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study.During the period from 2017.01.07 to 2018.06.15,the samples were grouped according to the computer table method.The reference group(n=38)was treated with mechanical ventilation,the research group(n=37)was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and the evaluation indexes(clinical efficacy,respiratory indicators)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficiency and respiratory indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group in numerical comparison,and the final results of the corresponding comparison of the data were reflected in the outcome of P<0.05.Conclusion Increasing fiberoptic bronchoscopic interventions,such as diagnosis and treatment,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and respiratory indicators of patients with severe pneumonia during mechanical ventilation treatment.The long-term and short-term effects are significant.
