小儿复方氨基酸对小儿秋季腹泻的疗效及护理

Efficacy and Nursing of Children’s Compound Amino Acids in Children With Autumn Diarrhea

目的分析研究小儿复方氨基酸对小儿秋季腹泻的治疗效果及护理措施。方法将本院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的秋季腹泻患儿108例依据随机数字表法的原则分为对照组和研究组,予以对照组常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用小儿复方氨基酸,持续用药1周后对比疗效。结果经不同方法治疗干预后,研究组的临床总有效率明显的高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患儿腹泻、呕吐及发热等症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论秋季腹泻病患儿采用小儿复方氨基酸治疗并结合护理干预有助于临床疗效的提高,促进临床症状的缓解,效果明显。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and nursing measures of compound amino acid in children with autumn diarrhea.Methods 108 children with autumn diarrhea admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group and the study group according to the principle of random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment.The research group was given compound amino acid for children on the basis of routine treatment,and the curative effect was compared after 1 week of continuous treatment.Results After treatment and intervention with different methods,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between groups(P<0.05),and the remission time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.There was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with autumn diarrhea are treated with compound amino acid and nursing intervention,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy and alleviate the clinical symptoms.
