中药房调剂质量对用药疗效和安全性的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Dispensing Quality on Efficacy and Safety in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensary

目的探讨中药房调剂质量对临床用药疗效和安全性的影响。方法以本院2017年1月—2018年1月接受中医药治疗的360例患者作为研究对象,按照中药房调剂质量管理实施与否将上述患者分成两组,每组180例,观察组实施中药房调剂质量管理,对照组未实施中药房调剂质量,对两组的临床疗效和安全性进行对比分析。结果观察组实施后治疗总有效率95.556%,对照组治疗总有效率80.556%,组间总有效率比较差异有统计学意义;观察组不良事件发生率2.778%,对照组不良事件发生率8.889%,组间不良事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义。结论中药房调剂质量提高临床中医药治疗的疗效和安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of dispensing quality in pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 360 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital from January 2017 toJanuary 2018 were divided into two groups according to the implementation of dispensing quality management in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,180 patients in each group.The observation group was implemented dispensing quality management in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,while the control group did not.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.556%,and the control group was 80.556%.There was significant difference between the two groups of total effective rate.The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was 2.778%,and the control group was 8.889%.There was significant difference between the two groups of adverse events incidence.Conclusion The quality of dispensing in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy can improve the efficacy and safety.
