桃红四物汤加减治疗原发性痛经84例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 84 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated With Taohong Siwu Decoction

目的探讨桃红四物汤加减治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年05月—2018年10月期间的原发性痛经患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有42例患者。对照组予西医对症治疗,观察组依据患者具体情况予桃红四物汤加减治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果在对两组患者进3个月经周期的相应治疗后,对照组总有效率78.57%,观察组总有效率为95.24%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血PGF2a均低于治疗前,但观察组PGF2a明显低于对照组,故观察组疗效明显高于对照组。结论依据原发性痛经患者具体病情给予桃红四物汤加减治疗,具有明确的疗效,且效果优于西药治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 84 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in the hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment by Western medicine,while the observation group was given modified Taohong Siwu Decoction according to the specific conditions of patients.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After the corresponding treatment of two groups of patients in three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.57%,and that of the observation group was 95.24%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The blood PGF2a of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,but the PGF2a of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,so the curative effect of the observation Group photo.Conclusion According to the specific condition of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,Taohong Siwu Decoction has definite curative effect,and its effect is better than that of Western medicine.
