Objective To analyze the application effect of neurological rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study. They were grouped by random sequence,35 were classified as study group,35 were classified as control group, and the control group received In the routine rehabilitation treatment, the patients in the study group received neurological rehabilitation on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and the neurological deficit score, cognitive function score, motor function score and daily living activity score of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of neurological deficits, cognitive function, motor function, and activities of daily living in the observation group were compared with those in the control group. The differences between the data groups were statistically significant(t values were,10.302,3.470,3.424,9.529,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction, neurological rehabilitation therapy for patients can effectively alleviate the symptoms of neurological deficits, and optimize the motor function and cognitive function of patients, which is beneficial to patients to obtain better quality of life and promote prognosis, clinical should be promoted and applied.
