蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的综合护理干预观察

Observation on Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice by Blue Light Irradiation

目的观察在黄疸患儿蓝光照射治疗中配合综合护理干预对疗效的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2018年8月本院76例新生儿黄疸患儿作为观察对象,均采用蓝光照射治疗,根据护理方案不同分组比较。观察组38例患儿接受综合护理干预,对照组38例患儿接受常规护理,对两组患儿家属护理满意度及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组,且观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸治疗中实施综合护理干预可进一步降低不良反应发生率,为患儿的治疗起到积极推进作用。

Objective To observe the effect of the treatment on blue light in the case of jaundice.Methods 76 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2018 were selected as observation objects.All cases were treated by blue light irradiation,and were divided into different groups according to the nursing scheme.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention in 38 children,while the control group received routine nursing care in 38 children.The nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can further reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,play a positive role in promoting the treatment of children,and can be widely implemented in clinical practice.
