PICC在老年消化道肿瘤患者肠外营养的应用

Application of PICC in Parenteral Nutrition, Elderly Patients With Digestive Tract Tumors

目的研究与分析PICC在老年消化道肿瘤患者术后肠外营养的应用及护理效果,以期为临床肠外营养应用PICC提供科学依据。方法选取于本院采取消化道肿瘤患者术治疗的老年患者59例,随后采取回顾性分析法对这59例患者的术后肠外营养的应用以及护理方法进行回顾性分析,随后观察患者的PICC一次性置管成功率、置管并发症发生情况以及术后肠外营养实施情况,同时根据相关情况来为患者制定置管并发症预防措施。结果所有患者均一次性置管成功,置管成功率高达100.0%,在这59例患者中,有11例出现了置管并发症(2例静脉炎,4例穿刺部位红肿,3例导管堵塞,2例穿刺点渗血),置管并发症发生率为18.6%,经过对症处理后,发生并发症的患者均痊愈,所有患者的术后肠外营养均十分成功,所有患者均未发生营养不良等情况。结论PICC在老年消化道肿瘤患者术后肠外营养的应用及护理效果显著,一次性置管成功率较高,置管并发症发生率较低。

Objective To study and analyze the application and nursing effect of PICC in elderly patients with digestive tract cancer after operation,in order to provide scientific basis for clinical application of PICC in parenteral nutrition.Methods 59 elderly patients with digestive tract tumors who were treated in the hospital were selected.The application and nursing methods of parenteral nutrition after operation were retrospectively analyzed.Then the success rate,complications and implementation of parenteral nutrition after PICC were observed.To formulate preventive measures for complications of catheterization for patients.Results All patients succeeded in catheterization at one time.The success rate of catheterization was as high as 100.0%.Among the 59 patients,11 had catheterization complications(2 phlebitis,4 puncture site redness,3 catheter blockage,2 puncture point bleeding).The incidence of catheterization complications was 18.6%.After symptomatic treatment,all patients with complications recovered and all patients received parenteral nutrition after operation.All patients were successful and no malnutrition occurred.Conclusion The application and nursing effect of PICC in parenteral nutrition of elderly patients with digestive tract tumors after operation is remarkable.The success rate of disposable catheterization is higher,and the incidence of complications of catheterization is lower.
