七氟醚吸入麻醉对手术患儿苏醒时间及术中血流动力学的影响观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用七氟醚吸入麻醉对手术患儿苏醒时间及术中血流动力学的影响。方法选取2015年8月-2018年8月在我院接受手术治疗的患儿114例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组给予常规麻醉,观察组接受七氟醚吸入麻醉,比较2组苏醒时间、血流动力学指标、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组平均动脉压、心率、苏醒时间均低于对照组,不良反应发生率也较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用七氟醚吸入麻醉可有效缩短手术患儿苏醒时间,改善血流动力学指标,降低不良反应发生率,可行性高。
