大学生社会责任感对求职行为的影响:积极情绪的中介作用 被引量:1

摘要 文章实证研究了大学生社会责任感对大学生求职行为的影响以及积极情绪的中介作用。结果发现:1.大学生社会责任感总体表现良好,但自我责任感表现较低;2.大学生社会责任感与积极情绪均显著影响求职行为;3.积极情绪在集体责任感与求职行为间起完全中介作用,在国家责任感与求职行为间起部分中介作用。 The paper empirically studied the influence of college students’sense of social responsibility on job search behavior and the mediating effects of positive emotion. Results showed that: 1.The overall sense of social responsibility of college students is good, but the sense of self responsibility is low;2.Sense of social responsibility and positive emotion significantly influenced job-search behavior;3.The positive emotions is a full mediator in the relationship between sense of collective responsibility and job-search behavior, partly play a mediating role in the relationship between sense of state responsibility and job-search behavior.
