摘要
一流的高校需要一流的管理,有效的管理和优秀的管理人员是实现教学、科研等高校功能的基础和中坚力量,在分析高校管理工作的特点和高校管理人员分类及特征的基础上,运用马斯洛需求层次论,对高校管理人员激励机制问题进行阐述,进而提出新时代高校管理人员激励路径。
First-class universities need top-ranking administration. Effective management and excellent executives are the foundation and backbone of the university’s functions such as teaching, research, etc. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of university management and the classification and features of administrators, author uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to expound the questions of incentive mechanism of university administrators, furthermore, proposes the incentive path for university executives in the new era.
